At Miracle Landbase Private Limited, we prioritize customer satisfaction and maintain a transparent, customer-friendly policy for returns and exchanges. As we primarily deal in wholesale distribution of packed drinking water and soft drinks, our policy is slightly different from retail platforms.
RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
We have a 7-day Return & Exchange policy for eligible products. If you receive damaged goods or an incorrect shipment, please contact us immediately.

Note:
- All products must be returned in original packaging, with tags and invoice.
- Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects, wrong items sent, or damaged goods at the time of delivery.
RETURN PROCESS
- Return Eligibility:
- Return request must be raised within 7 days from the delivery date.
- Applicable only to full, unopened, and sealed products in original condition.
- Pickup:
- Pickup will be scheduled within 2-3 business days of your return request.
- Inspection:
- Our team will inspect the returned items. If approved, a refund or exchange will be processed.
- Charges:
- The first return for an order is free of cost.
- Shipping charges may be applicable on multiple return requests against the same order.
EXCHANGE POLICY
- Exchange Eligibility:
- Exchange can be requested once per order within 7 days of delivery.
- Only applicable in case of wrong or damaged product received.
- Process:
- We will pick up the original item and dispatch the replacement after inspection.
- First-time exchanges are free. For second-time exchanges, shipping charges will apply.
- Second Exchange:
- The second exchange product is non-returnable.
- If return is still desired, the customer must ship the item back to our warehouse.
